I have the best job in the world: I’m a food adventurer. I spend my life cooking, eating, talking and travelling to discover the world and its people.
I work as a TV presenter, writer and events host, mostly dealing with food, travel and current affairs. I often help with pitching and developing programme ideas. I’m also making a couple of radio documentaries for Radio 4.
