The series is made very simply - it’s just me and a producer who is also the cameraman/director. Very occasionally we’ll be accompanied by Colin P..., international man of mystery and security, and once by James Jones, Russian speaker and barmaid fixer. Nonetheless, it’s still quite chaotic making these programmes as we meet and live with lots of people who LOVE taking the mickey, especially when it comes to getting me to cook.
