Gastronaut is my first book, and it’s all about extraordinary food, weird and wonderful culinary stories and some very wild practical cooking projects. It’s an irreverent journey through the crazy, mixed-up world of food, and it won a Gourmand World Cookbook Award and was nominated for a Guild of Food Writers award.

This was my first ever attempt at presenting TV. I took a couple of chapter of the book and roped in a friend to film me.
