Chicken heart kebabs
Dead easy, dead cheap, dead delicious.
Serves 2 as a starter
250g chicken hearts
3 tsp sugar
6tbs worcestershire sauce
Bamboo skewers – soaked in water for 30 mins beforehand
Very hot grill – ridged pan will do
Butterfly the hearts, then soak them in a marinade of Worcestershire sauce. Skewer 5-6 hearts on soaked wooden skewers and grill on a high heat until gently browned and crispy on the outside. Serve with a salad and some bread.
